SureWerx warrants to the original end user that its PeakWorks products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from date of installation or use by the end user, provided that this period does not exceed one (1) year from date of shipment.

 

Warranty claims will only be provided for those products that have been made available for inspection by SureWerx.

 

SureWerx reserves the right, expressed or implied, to elect to have any defective item returned, freight prepaid, to an authorized PeakWorks distributor or warranty repair centre for inspection before making a repair or replacement.

This warranty does not cover equipment damages resulting from abuse, damage in transit, or other damage beyond the control of SureWerx. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is the only one applicable to our products, and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
